Come with me as I explore the benefits of being a vegetarian rather than following the traditional meat and vegetable diet. Concerns have been raised lately after my sister died of pancreatic cancer a couple of years ago and a cluster of cysts was found in my pancreas. Some unexplained pains and my growing age have warned me not to stick to my normal habits, especially when it comes to eating.

A few years ago, my penchant for vegetables and fruits caused me to plan my garden to accommodate numerous fruit trees and plots to grow them. Exercising in the performance of duties to maintain these things has added to my regimen.
