Now let’s move on to one of the most debated decisions when planning a Disney vacation, when to go. This depends a lot on the individuals. For example, do you care about warm weather or do you want low crowd volume? Now, from our previous visits, timing is everything, but that doesn’t mean it’s always the right decision. Normally, the weather from the end of September to about mid-November is the most feasible. That is, between 70 and 80 degree days. Mostly always sunny with little rain. Well, last year the temperature average. it was 92 degrees. for 14 days. See what I mean, just because you expect something doesn’t mean you’ll get it. OK anyway Jan – mid Feb cooler temps, uncrowded parks and hotels – occupancy mod. Mid-February – The mid-May warming trend in temperatures, park and hotel crowds will range from moderate to high. Due to teacher conferences during spring break and Easter break. May – September. Warm to high temperatures. Crowds at parks and hotels will be high this time of year. If you plan to stay this time of year, plan ahead and book early. September – January this time of year is when we like to visit. Of our 9 visits so far, we have found the weather tolerable along with the crowd levels of the park and hotel. But this time of year there are many events happening around certain parks that will affect hotel and park levels. See my updated blogs for up to date information. If you can go from the end of September to the middle of November, that would be my choice. You will have a better time with the favorable weather along with all the additional events at that time.
