Delivering Innovation

If you’re a fan of the Green Bay Packers, then you already know that the name Brett Favre is synonymous with the Green Bay Packers. Even if you’re just a fan of NFL football, then you know that Brett Favre is an icon in Green Bay. You can’t help but like Brett Favre and you have to be excited to see him play.

Brett Favre is one of the best quarterbacks to ever play football and he is one of the most exciting players to watch. He plays with more heart and grit than any athlete who has stepped onto a soccer field. Many believe that if the coaches allowed it, he could try to play both defense and attack.

Brett Favre now holds nearly every quarterback record in existence, having won a Super Bowl, played in a few, and played in more than 250 consecutive NFL games. He gets in the linebacker’s face to tell him that his hit was good, that he’s not afraid to throw the ball deep or try to get it into places where others can’t reach it.

Brett Favre is known as a gunslinger and as a gunslinger he is compared to figures from the old west who are mostly played by John Wayne in the movies. Even after all that Brett Favre has been through, the death of his father, his wife’s breast cancer diagnosis and his brother-in-law’s accident that took his life, Brett had one of the best seasons of his career and for a 38-year-old had one of the best seasons possible.

Mr. Favre has always had fun playing the game and he plays it the way all athletes should play it. He plays like a child would and you can tell by the smile on his face that he enjoys it the way a small child enjoys sports. This is refreshing and amazing to see. If all athletes played with the vigor and fun Brett plays with, just think how exciting sporting events would be.

All athletes are urged to watch Brett play next season to remember how they used to play the games they are now paid to play. Brett is going to have a great season and with all the young stars surrounding him, it should be exciting to see some of the wonderful plays he comes up with. We can only hope to see more overtime touchdown passes in Monday night football and more sneaky throws when Brett walks away from a defender in the playoffs. We can only wait.
